Nord Dust Cover Grands

The Nord Dust Cover Grands is a fitted dust cover for the Nord Grand and Nord Grand 2, cut for the wider cabinet those instruments use.

The Grand cabinet is wider than the rest of the line. This is the cover that actually fits it.

The Nord Grand and Grand 2 use a deeper cabinet than the 88 note instruments in the Stage and Piano lines, so the standard AMS-DC88V2 cover does not fit.

This cover is cut for that cabinet and protects the panel, controls and the Kawai keybed between sessions.

Why Not the Standard 88 Cover?

The AMS-DC88V2 is described by Nord as fitting all 88 key models except Grands. The Grand cabinet is a different depth, so it needs this cover.

Who Is It For?

Anybody whose Grand stays set up between sessions. Churches, studios, theatres and home installations, where the instrument sits under a cover for six days and gets played on the seventh.

What Comes in the Box?

The fitted cover only. It ships folded and will hold a crease briefly before settling.

Specifications

Why Nord

Nord accessories are designed by Clavia DMI in Stockholm alongside the instruments they serve, which is why the fit charts are exact rather than approximate. A Nord case is cut for a Nord cabinet, not for a size range.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I transport the instrument in the cover?

No. A dust cover is for a stationary instrument. Transport needs the AMS-GBNG soft case or a flight case.

Does it fit over a mounted music stand?

Is this a genuine Nord product?

Yes. Victory Musical Instruments is a veteran owned pro audio and musical instrument dealer in Miami, Florida. Every item ships new and unopened in original Nord packaging.

Is it covered by a warranty?

Yes. It carries the standard Nord manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the original owner. Register the unit after purchase and keep your receipt.
